Shipping

We ship within Canada and to the United States, and to a number of international destinations. The countries we can ship to, and the exact cost, are shown at checkout before you pay — if your country appears there, we ship to it.

How long it takes — Canada and the United States

Processing: 1–3 business days from when you order.
Delivery: 7–15 business days after processing.
Total: roughly 8–18 business days from order to doorstep.

Business days don't include weekends or holidays. These are honest ranges rather than a best case. If your order passes 18 business days, email us and we'll chase it.

International orders

International delivery takes longer than the Canada and US windows above, and the time varies by destination and customs. We would rather tell you that than print a number we can't stand behind — if you want an estimate for your country before ordering, email us and we'll find out for you. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility, as we cannot calculate them in advance.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll get a tracking number by email once your parcel is on its way. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after it's issued, which is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay, so you always see the cost before confirming.

Wrong address

Check your address before confirming. If you spot a mistake, email team@bbpcgroup.com straight away — we can usually fix it before the order is processed, but not after it ships.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged or stops moving in tracking, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll sort it out. See our refund policy — when it's our fault or the carrier's, we cover it.
