1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Big Brand Product Co ("we", "us", "our"), an online retailer based in Canada. All prices on this site are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. By placing an order or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are processed in CAD. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or product unavailability.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing, depending on destination. We currently ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, or other events outside our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover return shipping — return shipping is paid by the customer. See our Returns & Exchanges page for the full policy.

6. Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colours and details may vary slightly from product images due to display settings and normal manufacturing variation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Brand Product Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your purchase of products from us.
